Inspired by the Mexican celebration of Día de los Muertos, the design depicts a romantic scene in which a mysterious woman and a skeleton embrace among red roses and flickering candles, symbolizing eternal connection, remembrance, and the immortality of love.

The coin is struck from 1 oz of .999 fine silver and finished with an elegant Black Ruthenium coating, which enhances the intensity of the colours and the exceptional depth of the design.

The obverse features a woman wearing characteristic La Catrina makeup, embraced by a skeleton dressed in an intricately decorated hooded garment.
