The Red Dragon of Wales - third coin in the series Burning Queen's Beasts

The Burning Queen's Beasts is a series which images of individual coins are based on the classic, non-colorful pattern of the Queen Beasts issued by the Royal Mint.

The theme of the third coin is the Red Dragon of Wales from the Arthurian legends in which he was a symbol of the Celtic tribe of Britons. His character is commemorated on the flag of Wales.

Each coin in the collection is clad - one of the most exclusive coin refinement methods. The obverse and reverse are covered with black ruthenium, which is an excellent background for the Beast. The Dragon character has been decorated with 24-carat gold, which gives it a shine and stands out against a dark background.

The Queen's beasts have gained recognition among collectors around the world and in addition the first coins from the series are no longer produced, which makes their price grows and takes on collector's value.

The price of the Burning Queen's Beast depends on the current value of the Queen's Beast series. A huge impact on its exclusivity is also limited by the circulation limited to 200 pieces worldwide, which is certified by a numbered certificate.
