Baron Samedi is the most recognizable figure in the Voodoo tradition, who has permanently made his way into pop culture. We can encounter him in film, music, and games.

On the coin by the Mint of Poland, he is depicted in his realm, where he blends dark elegance with humor — wearing his iconic top hat, holding a bottle of his favorite rum, and with his face adorned with the characteristic skull-like face paint.

The clear symbols are rendered in high relief, while the oxidation brings out the character's presence to the forefront.
