The fifth collector's coin from the very popular world series: Ships World War II (Battleships).

The depicted warship on the coin is a Russian and then a Soviet battleship of the Gangut class from World War I and II.

At first it was named "Petropavlovsk" to commemorate the site of the battle in the Crimean War, and then in 1921 the ship was renamed "Marat" to commemorate one of the leaders of the French Revolution Jean Paul Marat.
