The design of the coin is illustrative and may differ from the final result.

The eighth coin in the prestigious one-kilogram The Witcher series is dedicated to the novel Season of Storms by Andrzej Sapkowski. Made of the highest purity silver (Ag 999) and weighing one kilogram, it is a unique work of numismatic art, where precision craftsmanship meets the dark, tension-filled world of Witcher stories.

The coin is not merely a numismatic item but also an artistic scene captured in metal—a dynamic illustration inspired by the novel’s events. It combines ultra-high relief, a numbered edge, and natural mother-of-pearl, which has been set on both sides of the coin.

The reverse of the coin depicts a dramatic scene of navigating treacherous swamps, where the crew battles a powerful current and a monster emerging from the water. In the background, a destroyed shipwreck and dense, ominous vegetation can be seen. On a rocky cliff stands a motionless vixen, whose piercing gaze emphasizes the mysterious and unsettling nature of the scene.

The obverse of the coin depicts a view of Rissberg Castle, inhabited by mages. The whole design is complemented by the previously mentioned double-sided mother-of- pearl insert.

The mintage of the coin is only 100 pieces worldwide!
