Roman Józef Jakóbczak is a Polish footballer playing the position of midfielder, national representative, coach.

Former player and coach of Lech Poznań, among others. An idol of Poznań football fans, he was particularly appreciated for his execution of fixed fragments of the game, in which he showed unusual striking power, one of his special achievements was scoring all four goals in a match against Wisła Kraków.

In the Polish national team in 1974-1976, he played 5 matches, in which he scored 2 goals. A member of the Polish team for the 1974 World Cup, he did not play a single match at the German World Cup.
