The design of the coin is illustrative and may differ from the final result.

Another coin in the "Fairy Tales and Fables" series, which will focus on the most famous children's novels.

Hansel and Gretel is a German fairy tale about two children who, left in the forest by their stepmother, meet an evil witch. It was written down and published in 1812 by the Brothers Grimm in their collection of Fairy Tales. The witch tried to eat them, but the siblings managed to defeat her.

The coin has an antique finish and the selective coverage with colour printing shows the characteristics of the reverse side. Very limited edition - only 333 pieces!
