The reverse side features a dynamic scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, set in the mysterious Forbidden Forest. At the heart of the design is Buckbeak the Hippogriff – a majestic creature brought to life with piercing eyes, a sharp beak, and intricately detailed feathers. Around his neck is a chain held by none other than Harry Potter.

To the right, emerging from behind a large, deeply textured tree trunk, is Harry – alert, focused, and ready for action, his face turned slightly toward the hippogriff. On the left, partially hidden behind another tree, stands Hermione Granger. Her determined gaze is unmistakable, and perched on her shoulder are ferrets – used as bait to calm Buckbeak.

The background is formed by the dense, shadowy Forbidden Forest, with clearly defined leaves and branches. This scene is struck in ultra-high relief and enhanced with vivid UV printing that adds color and sharpens the details. Selective gilding highlights the “Harry Potter” inscription, adding a touch of elegance and prestige to the design. The overall effect captures the essence of the magic that defined their adventure.

The obverse features the classic coat of arms of Niue, surrounded by a laurel wreath and crown. At the center, the coin's denomination “5 Dollars” and the year of issue “2024” are clearly marked. Below the emblem is the silver purity mark “Ag 999,” guaranteeing the finest quality. Additional inscriptions include “Public Seal of Niue” and the island’s traditional motto “Atua Niue Tukulagi,” giving the coin a refined and official character.
