"Kama Sutra II" is the second release in the Moments of Love series, continuing the theme of love and passion in numismatic art. The coin is delivered in an elegant case along with a certificate of authenticity. It was issued in a limited mintage of 500 pieces and holds the status of legal tender in Cameroon.

The reverse of the coin features a pair of lovers in an intimate embrace, surrounded by a rich, colorful floral motif inspired by Indian art. The obverse presents a close-up of a man and woman gazing into each other's eyes, with the inscription “REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN,” the denomination, and the year of issue.

The coin references the Kama Sutra — the ancient Indian treatise that explores aspects of love, desire, and spiritual intimacy between partners. The design pays tribute to this philosophy by portraying the beauty of human intimacy and emotional connection.
