Collector's edition of the Mint of Gdansk first bullion coin!

We are pleased to present a collector's edition of our first bullion coin. It is a Rusalka from the "Slavic Beastiary" series.

It was minted from 2 ounces of pure silver. This is an excellent item for investors and numismatic collectors. This coin is suitable for those who want to secure their capital for the future.

The coin has been clad, which is the most exclusive method of coin refinement. The obverse and reverse was covered with black ruthenium, a rare transition metal that became a perfect backdrop for the Rusalka. The Rusalka itself has been decorated with 24-carat gold.

Thanks to the combination of ruthenium and gold, the coin gains in value and looks truly unique. Dark ruthenian brings out the splendor, and gold exposes the richness of the techniques used. This resulted in a unique, contrasting effect which harmonizes with each other. The intricate work makes the coin an exceptional masterpiece of mint art.

The whole coin is enclosed in a wooden box along with a certificate of authenticity, making it a perfect gift and an undoubtedly interesting object for any collector and investor.

The mintage is limited to only 200 pieces.

In Slavic mythology, rusalkas were demonic beings, inhabiting forests, fields and bodies of water. They were imagined as beautiful, naked girls with loose, long hair. They laughed loudly and sang. They appeared during the new moon and attracted young men to them. If any approached them, the rusalka's hair turned green and their faces twisted. The rusalkas would kill lured individuals who touched them. It was believed that russets became maidens who died before they were able to marry.
