Silver coin dedicated to the founder and first great Han of the Mongolian Empire.
Chinggis Khaan began building his empire from the conquest of China between 1211 and 1216. In the following years he went to wars with Russia, Afghanistan and northern India.
The Empire extended to all of Mongolia, northern China, much of Central Asia, southern Siberia, and part of the lands beyond the Caucasus. The capital of the empire was Karakorum.
The commander based his victories on a ruthlessly obedient and devoted army. It was based on the tenth military system, iron discipline and excellent cooperation during fights.
The coin commemorates this great warrior. The reverse is decorated with high relief and selective gilding. The mintage is limited to 555 pieces!
