Trans-Siberian Railway is a network of railway lines mainly in the Asian part of Russia, built between 1891-1916.

The main route is the Trans-Siberian line, which leads from Moscow to Vladivostok, through: Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Ekaterinburg, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Ulan Ude and Chita. It is the longest railway line in the world, which exceeds 8 time zones and the total length of the tracks is 9288.8 km! It has been fully electrified since 2002. About 30% of all Russian exports use this line.
